Foodie...:)..Spicy mango chutney
This is a Mango Chutney recipe..Its hot sweet and spicy..Its just too good ,no much strain but can be stored for months..:) its just yummy..

- Unripe Mangoes -3(medium)
- Fenugreek seed(methi)-1 spoon
- Oil-1 large spoon
- Asafoetida (hing) -1 spoon
- Red chillis-2 spoons
- Jaggery- 2 spoons
- Salt to taste
- Remove the skin and grate the mangoes
- Add oil to pan allow to heat
- Add hing,methi to oil and fry till brown ,switch off the flame and allow it to cool
- To the mixi jar add grated mangoes,red chillies,jaggery,salt and the oil mixture
- Mix it till all the ingredients are mixed well
- Remove from jar and store it in a dry glass/ceramic container
This can be made into a sweet chutney by adding more jaggery or can be kept hot with more chillies.
